Our analysis combined historical website data with member survey data available through Google Analytics.

The resource portal was commonly used by campaign staff and end users, but the content was difficult to access. Two of the top three pages, the home page and sustainability page, offered multiple interactions. Despite frequent use of the design center, bounce rates from this point on were unusually high. A clear representation of BWS was also lacking.

As a team, we prioritized creating a home page that represented BWS's brand and mission, and a resource portal that allowed members and media to access, share, and download content. A stronger connection between members and the NRMCA membership team was also implemented through the design center.
